A piece of normal brownie(1/10 of whole): about 370kcal,
In the case of the below ingredients- about 970kcal(whole): about 95kcal( 1/10 piece)!
For topping: banana, chocolate chips, walnuts, cointreau as a season, and others as you like!
weak flour 100g
cocoa powder 30g
baking powder 1 teaspoon
soy milk 50cc
sugar 50g( if you like, artificial sweeteners is also OK)
honey 2 tablespoonfuls
cooking oil 1 tablespoonful
2. Add to 1 sifting “the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder”, then mix and knead by a spatula till they are getting to be sticky.
3. Pour 2 into a prepared pan.
4. Bake it in an oven(180’c/350’f) about for 35-40 minutes.
