How about cool healthy smoothie?
Ingredients for 1 cup:
Tohu…1/4cup(not a measuring cup but your convenient cup)
frozen tomatos…same as the above tofu cup
frozen bananas….1/2 of above tomatos
apple…1/8 cut of the whole
milk or soy milk….4/5 of the above cup
honey…1 table spoonful
white liqueur…suitable amount as you like
1. Wash Tofu with cold water quickly. Tomatos, rensed, stemmed and cut into bite-size pieces.
2. Pour the white liqueur over the cut tomatos, and toss well to mix.
3. Put the tomatos into a freezing bag and freezing it. Peel the apple, remove the core, and cut into bite-size peices.
4. Peel the bananas, chopped into 1cm wide. Pour the white liqueur over the cut bananas, and toss well to mix. Then, put them a freezing bag and freezing it.
how to make
Measure all ingredients and put them in a blender, and blend until smooth. Then, pour into glass.
