Today is also hot, so I made Summer roll(fresh spring roll).
This top photo’s is red paprika, white radish sprouts(mustard and cress), sausage, and red-leaf lettuce!
Summer roll is not the Japanese food but the Vietnamese cusine, so can you get rice papers in your neighborhood? If you can do it, I highly recommend Sumer roll. It is easy, healthy, and delicious!!

ingredients:
stuffing…your favorite ingredients…vegetables, boiled shrimp, smoked salmon, etc…
rice paper…1 pack
A: red pepper…1
A: namplaa…2Tbsp
A: water…1Tbsp
How to make:
1, prepare your favorite stuffings…cut and cook them as needed, then drain off their water well to avoid soaking rice papers too much later.
2, Soak a rice paper in water one by one until soft. Not to soak too much!
3, Place the rice paper on a wet cloth, put ingredients in the center of rice paper.
4, Fold both sides of rice paper and roll up from the front. It is better to roll up tight.
5, make the dipping sauce; Remove red pepper seeds and slice them into circles. Add (A) and mix. Of course, you can use your favorite dressing or sauce!
